Vikash Maharagh
Vikash Maharagh is a founding member of East Wave Radio 92.2 Fm, based in Lenasia, broadcasting vastly across Gauteng. Also an avid musician, specializing in piano and Bansuri flutes in the band Avika., Vikash has been extensively involved in community upliftment programmes from a young age, and is currently mentoring a team at the radio station.
One of Vikash’s missions is to establish a viable platform for the development of local artists through an enabling institution which will champion the rights of musicians and all other performing artists, as well as play a pro-active role in funding and supporting music education through regular seminars and intensive conferences which will help develop and foster the creativity sector in our society.
